Laura W. Leeds
Principal & Founder
Laura Leeds formed Simon David Real Estate, Inc. in 2005. With over 25 years of real estate experience, Laura specializes in representing both retailers and landlords. Her retail clients include TJX Corp., The Palm Restaurants, Union Square Hospitality, Soleil Toile, Great Stuff, Shoes N More, SDSS, Aux Delices, Mecha Noodle Bar, Best Friends and The Cake Box among many other national, regional and local clients.
Prior to starting Simon David Real Estate, Laura spent two years at Benderson Development, one of the largest privately held shopping center owners in the country. While there she worked on all aspects of the shopping center development process.
Before that, Laura spent six years as a broker at Garrick Aug & Associates, then the premier retail leasing company in NYC. Laura earned her Masters in Real Estate Development from New York University.

Richard joined Simon David Real Estate in 2010 after spending years in the world of finance, manufacturing and environmental remediation. His experience in these fields provided him with a broad range of skills he uses in commercial real estate. Richard’s primary role at the firm is the representation of retailers and discovering off-market properties for his clients investment needs.
Richard has developed close relationships with retailers, restaurant operators and developers who are continually looking for the next opportunity.
He also deals with landlord assignments, discovering new retailers who have the potential to expand to more locations.
Richard earned a BA in Sociology from SUNY at Albany. He resides in Weston, CT with his wife Laura and two children.
